# Partner

### 1. Is inviting people mandatory?

No. You can use only Earn. The PAiT Partner Network / internal incentive mechanisms gives participation-based incentives for invitations but is not required.

### 2. Is there training or support for beginners? What is the company’s training system?

Yes. Educational content on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (short videos + long-form, as planned). There is a blog and transparency dashboard. The allocation environment has a simple interface + educational materials. Support is available in the app and community.

### 3. Will I earn if only one branch develops?

Yes, you can still receive participation-based incentives in the optional PAiT Partner Network even if only one branch is developing and you don’t actively work on recruitment.

You may receive participation-based distributions from your own Access Pass sales and from the capital brought in by your direct referrals according to your participation level and the applicable internal incentive mechanisms. The more capital your direct referrals allocate, the higher your allocation performance incentive may become, depending on your Access Pass level.

Maximum performance outcomes are usually achieved when both branches grow in a balanced way due to Binary and Matching incentives, but one active branch can still generate incentives under the applicable rules.

### 4. Is there a package upgrade and how does it work?

Yes. The Access Pass has five optional upgrade levels (Entry Access Pass $500 → Elite Access Pass $10,000). Higher tiers unlock better incentive rates and additional framework-based parameters in the PAiT Partner Network. Details are available in your dashboard or from your sponsor.

### 5. Who can participate in the marketing?

Any registered participant who has purchased any Access Pass (Entry, Core, Growth, Pro, or Elite).

### 6. What do I need to do to start?

Register in the PAiT allocation environment.

Purchase any Access Pass.

After the purchase you automatically become a Partner and can build your Partner Network and receive participation-based incentives.

### 7. What is the difference between a Participant and a Partner?

Participant – a physical person registered in the allocation environment who allocates capital through PAiT automated strategies (or uses client licenses).

Partner – a registered person who has signed the company agreement, can buy Access Passes, build an international Partner Network, and receive participation-based incentives under the internal incentive mechanisms.

### 8. Who is a Sponsor (Mentor)?

A Partner who trains and supports the partners they personally invited.

### 9. What is the difference between the Unilevel structure (personal invitations) and the Binary structure?

Unilevel (Structure of personal invitations) – unlimited depth and width. You can have unlimited participants in your first line. Placement is always under the person whose referral link you used.

Binary – unlimited depth, but maximum 2 positions in the first line under each person. Placement happens only after purchasing an Access Pass and follows the sponsor’s settings (left / right / balanced).

### 10. Quick definitions of key terms

Upline – all sponsors above you (your sponsor’s sponsor, etc.).

Generations / generations of personal invitations – 1st generation = participants you personally invited; 2nd generation = participants invited by your 1st generation, etc.

Spillover – a specially marked left or right organization where your uplines can place partners. The first personally invited partner of a new participant must go into the spillover position.

Upgrade – exchanging a lower-value Access Pass for a higher-value one. The company takes the old Access Pass back.

Rank (Qualification) – your career level based on accumulated volume in the weaker binary leg + requirements in the Unilevel structure.

Right / Left Organization – everything located to the right or left of you in the binary tree.

### 11. What role do I get when I register?

Every new participant automatically receives the base role User. After purchasing any Access Pass you also receive the marketing role Partner.

### 12. When does a Participant become a Partner?

Automatically at the moment of purchasing any Access Pass.

### 13. Can roles be removed automatically?

No. The only automatic change is: Participant role is removed when you buy an Access Pass and become a Partner. All other roles can only be removed manually by an Administrator.

### 14. What does a Participant see vs what does a Partner see?

Participant – has access to the store and open pages, but no access to the personal cabinet, referral system, or marketing incentives.

Partner – full access to the personal cabinet, referral system, binary/unilevel visualizations, incentive reports, and all marketing tools.

### 15. Who has access to what?

Cabinet & marketing → only Partners

Store → Participants + Partners + non-authenticated participants

Admin panel → only Administrators (and some limited roles: Translator, Financial Manager)

### 16. Can base roles be combined?

Yes. Base roles (User, Administrator, Translator, Financial Manager, etc.) can be combined with each other and with marketing roles (Participant/Partner), except for the Super-Administrator restrictions.

### 17. When does a person appear in the Unilevel structure?

Immediately after registration.

### 18. Where is the new user placed?

In the first line of the person whose referral link was used.

If no referral link → placed in the first line of the Super-Administrator.

### 19. Can the sponsor be changed manually?

Yes, only by an Administrator in the Admin panel. The entire downline moves together. Volumes and incentives are not recalculated or returned.

### 20. When does a person appear in the Binary?

Immediately after paying for Access Pass.

### 21. How is the placement side chosen?

According to the sponsor’s settings on their “Binary” page:

“Left leg”, “Right leg”, or “Balanced” (default – smaller leg by depth).

If the checkbox “Choose partner” is enabled, placement follows the chosen partner’s settings.

### 22. Where is the very first person in a sponsor’s binary placed?

Always in the external leg (spillover rule), regardless of the sponsor’s settings.

### 23. Is manual or automatic rearrangement possible?

Neither. Placement is final.

### 24. What is the difference between deletion and blocking?

**Deletion**

No participation in marketing

Yes, stays in structures

Cabinet access lost forever

Cannot register by referral link

Access cannot be restored

**Blocking**

Participation in marketing continues (volumes & incentives continue)

Yes, stays in structures

Cabinet access lost temporarily

Cannot register by referral link

Access can be restored after unblock

### 25. Does an Administrator have to do anything special?

Both actions are done manually only in the Admin panel. There is no automatic deletion or blocking.

### 26. What operations are available on the Main account?

Allocation, withdrawal, paying for goods, transfers between participants.

### 27. What currencies exist?

Main currency – USD (used for prices, Access Passes, store, incentives).

Marketing currency – PV (Point Volume). Used to calculate volumes.

Starting rate: 1 PV = 2 USD.

Can be changed by Administrator in the Currencies module.

### 28. Are there any other marketing currencies?

No.

### 29. What are the marketing periods?

Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly, Daily – all start and end at 00:00:00 / 23:59:59 GMT.

### 30. What are the individual periods?

30 days – starts from Access Pass purchase date → used for Fast Start / Personal Invite incentive mechanics, if applicable.

180 days – starts from Access Pass purchase date → used for Qualification Bonus.

365 days – starts from Access Pass purchase date → used for Qualification Bonus.

### 31. How many Access Passes are there and what do they cost?

Entry — $500

Core — $1,000

Growth — $2,500

Pro — $5,000

Elite — $10,000

### 32. Can I buy a cheaper Access Pass after a more expensive one?

No.

### 33. Can I have several Access Passes at the same time?

No. Only one active Access Pass. You can own several lower-value digital access assets.

### 34. How does an upgrade work?

You exchange a lower Access Pass for a higher one. The company takes the old Access Pass back. Upgrade “for the difference” is possible at any time.

### 35. Can an Administrator manually assign an Access Pass?

No.

### 36. Do Access Passes expire?

No.

### 37. What is PV?

Personal Volume. Formed from Access Pass purchases (1 USD = 0.5 PV). Goes to all uplines. Never resets.

### 38. What is PBV?

Personal Binary Volume. Used only for Binary incentive. Same 1:2 ratio. Burned every 365 days and when Binary incentive is paid.

### 39. What is PGV?

Personal Group Volume. Accumulated only from the volume that was burned by Binary incentive in the weaker leg. Used for rank qualification.

### 40. What is QV?

Qualification Volume. Counts in the Unilevel structure (10 generations), monthly period, resets every month. Strong-leg rule applies (cannot exceed the sum of all other legs).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://pait.gitbook.io/pait/faq/partner.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
